Spring Street Bridge Rehab

(Case Mountain Bridge)

Project consisted of the rehabilitation of a 100 year old, historic bridge at the base of Case Mountain. The bridge deck was removed and replaced with a new reinforced concrete deck. The original fieldstone bridge sidewalls were deconstructed and rebuilt with the original field stone to match the historic look of the original bridge. The roadway approaches on both sides of the bridge were removed, reconfigured, and paved. Additional sidewalks and wood guard rails were installed as well. The Andrew Ansaldi Company performed in-house selective demolition, all site work, concrete placement and project management.
