The Main Pub

Project consisted of the hazardous material abatement and demolition of two, two-story houses and all site work to expand the parking lot at The Main Pub. Site work included drainage work, utilities, grading, paving, sidewalks and fencing. The Andrew Ansaldi Company performed in-house the house demolition, all site work, and concrete placement and project management.

In addition, Ansaldi (along with our design team) performed the design and brought the project through Town Planning and Zoning for approvals.
